Spring retreat, 10 to 12 may 2024, Cotswolds

Autumn Retreat | Cotswolds | 11 to 13 October 2024

There is a time to do and a time to be.

A time to play and a time to rest.

A time to dream and a time to create.

A time to hold on and a time to let go.

Amy Gallagher

Seasons and Cycles

We live in a world that’s constantly switched on. Notifications pinging, deadlines ringing, endless to-do lists—it’s exhausting. Many of us have become so used to this relentless pace that we don’t even notice the toll it takes on our bodies and minds. Sound familiar?

Always on, always exhausted

Despite the tiredness and fatigue, we push on. We pride ourselves on being multitasking queens, always ready to handle whatever comes our way. But let’s be real: this non-stop grind isn’t sustainable. It’s draining. It disconnects us from something innate — our natural rhythms and our connection to the cycles of nature.

Nature’s forgotten wisdom

Nature is a powerful teacher, offering us seasons and cycles that guide our lives. Spring’s renewal, summer’s vibrant energy, autumn’s harvesting and winter’s rest – all these seasons have their own unique gifts. Yet, in our 24/7 world, we’ve lost touch with their energies.

Women, in particular, have an innate connection to these rhythms. Our bodies are designed with their own internal cycles, mirroring nature’s patterns. And our internal cycles act as our own built-in navigator that signals to us when to play, to create and to achieve… but also when to rest, to be and to dream.

When we honour these cycles, we live from an inner stability. Life feels less like a chaotic race and more like a harmonious dance. We become more attuned to our needs, more compassionate with ourselves and ultimately, happier.

But when we ignore them, we often find ourselves out of sync, stressed and unhappy.

Through movement, meditation. coaching, breathwork, healing rituals, sound therapy and more – you will discover the elements you connect to most naturally, the ones you are least connected to and maybe even the ones you resist.

Retreat with a Difference

I love nothing more than running retreats and witnessing the BIG shifts my clients experience on a weekend away with me.

My retreats are so much more than a set of nourishing morning and evening sessions. My carefully crafted programme will take you on a beautiful journey of self-discovery. A powerful experience from beginning to end that allows you to build more self-awareness, release old patterns and forge the way for new ones.

And there is always laughter among it all. So much fun and laughter.

My wish is that, with my guidance, you will take this opportunity to come on a unique ride of connecting back to you and your precious authentic soul.

 Are you ready for it?

The beautiful Cotswold Venue

The venue is a gorgeous and spacious Cotswolds stone house with its own private lake located just outside the charming village of Bourton-on-the water. It has a separate studio overlooking the lake where all our healing practices will take place.

It’s the perfect venue to explore the elements – surrounded by earth, water, air and a fire pit for a fire ceremony during your stay.

The house is surrounded by picturesque countryside for nature walks or it’s a 20-min stroll along a country lane to the centre of Bourton-on-the-Water where you will find quaint shops, bakeries and a river running through the centre.

There is a wonderful open-plan kitchen and dining area overlooking the patio and lake where we will come together every meal time to feast and socialise. There’s a huge, welcoming lounge with a log burner where you can relax, chill or read a book during your free time.

All bedrooms are large and spacious. Some are en-suite and some share a bathroom. The price per person varies depending on the room type. All detailed below.
