Come Home to You Luxury Retreat

Luxury retreat in Norfolk Fri 3 to Sun 6 November

Come Home to You Luxury Retreat

Reconnect to your body, heart and soul.

This is my first residential retreat for three years and I can’t wait to host it!

I’ve designed this luxury retreat across three days and two nights so you can fully immerse yourself in nourishing healing practices and spend valuable time reconnecting back to you and your precious soul.

Running retreats is my favourite thing to do simply because I love connecting with you at a deeper level and witnessing the positive shifts that take place in each and every one of you.

Time to hit the reset button

Let’s face it – we are living in times of constant change. The past few years have been… well, turbulent, uncertain, confusing, perhaps even scary at times.

Some of the fear and uncertainty continue to linger

Many of us have been in survival mode or carving out new ways of being as a fresh energy emerges for us to embrace. Our nervous systems have taken a big hit as a result.

We are blessed to live in a time when technology allows us to stay connected. We need to remember though that our souls crave deep human connection. We thrive on it. We need it.

This is one of the big reasons why I run retreats – to create that connection. When we come together in circle to share, heal and learn, an unforgettable and powerful dynamic is formed. A magical space where we all feel held and supported. And my goodness have I misssed that dynamic!

This special retreat invites you to come home to you, to hit the reset button, to let your nervous system breathe a sigh of relief so you can find peace, safety and calm within.

A typical retreat day

Each day there will be a menu of healing practices on offer – you get to choose how many or few of these you want to participate in. You go at your pace.

A typcal day will look something like this:

8am: Morning meditation and yoga flow
9am: Conscious Connected Breath session
10am: Breakfast
12pm: Walk in nature
2pm: Lunch
5.30pm: Evening practice eg: sound bath or restorative yoga
7.30pm: Dinner

Massages and reiki healing sessions will be available at an additional cost throughout the day.

The Venue

Fishley Hall is a 17th century Georgian farmhouse, which has been lovingly restored by its current owners. The building is steeped in history with tales of smugglers and romantic stories of secret tunnels.

The house has a luxury yet homely feel.

All the bedrooms are spacious and gorgeous. The bathrooms are kitted out in roll-top baths if you fancy a soak.

There is a huge dining room where we all meet and socialise each mealtime.

The kitchen is a popular hang-out destination filled with scrumptious smells of homemade cooking.

If you fancy curling up with a good book in the afternoon, there is a relaxing lounge with huge comfy sofa.

The group sessions all take place in a bright, conservatory-style room. You feel cocooned by Mother Nature as you practise yoga or settle into a soothing sound bath.

I have run several retreats at Fishley Hall and continue to return again and again because the place exudes an energy of peace and calm. It’s the perfect oasis to retreat inwards, to switch off, to relax and rejuvenate.

Amy's retreat was first-class, totally magical. In fact, it was life-changing. I loved every minute of it and left floating on air.

    Your self-care investment

As an aside, I had planned to run a completely different retreat to this one. It was going to be based on a new theme with just 7 spaces available. I had lined up different speakers to come along and was going to include several 1:1 treatments in the price. This meant the price tag would match the experience.

Based on everything that is going on around us right now, I decided this was not the right approach. When I sat with it, I realised what is needed is a retreat that allows more of you to come together (there are now 14 spaces), to reconnect to you, to restore, recharge and rejuvenate. All at your pace.

I have also decided to run this retreat at a reduced cost. I would normally charge £200 more per person for the 3 nights’ accommodation, all your food and beverages plus up to 4 practices a day with my teaching and coaching.
